4. Opt In and Opt Out

By providing your phone number during booking, estimate requests, or website form submissions, you consent to receive text messages from Juneau Cleaning related to your services.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text communications unless you re subscribe.

5. Payment Terms

Clients must provide notice in accordance with our cancellation policy stated at booking. Late cancellations or no shows may result in a fee.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While Juneau Cleaning takes every reasonable precaution to protect client property, we are not liable for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service.

 

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
